I want this book!
It explores the “extraordinary renaissance of Classic Modernism, from the 1940s to 1960s, in contemporary graphic design” and collects together the work of many of the contemporary designers working in this style today.

advice that was given to me: just write. don’t think, don’t edit just write. in the spirit of that, i am going to write a poem. no edits, no backspacing, no thinking. here goes:
errors
most say stumbling
falling, accidents
are errors
they happen because they must
i’ve been thinking

I first heard about this idea from my teacher, then I was reading this creative book I have and it also suggested using punctuation marks to create an image. Soooo I think I’ll do a series of these 6x6 beauts with song lyrics to match. Im thinking Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire. This is number one!
This is what I like to call a “happy accident”. Sometimes the auto focus on my camera decides it doesn’t want to work, in this case I was able to make something out of the photo anyway!
